Do you offer a pickup option for local customers?

A. Yes! We handcraft our products in Los Angeles, CA. You can place your order online and select the option Store Pickup and we will make arrangements for you to pickup your order (within a 5 mile radius of our company location).

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

A. Not at this time.

How long will my body butter stay fresh and what is the best way to store them?

A. Because our body butters are natural and do not contain any preservatives, we recommend using them within 6 months after opening.

Our butters are subject to melting, so we suggest you store your shea body butter in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight and heat.  

Do you ship internationally?

A. No. Currently, we do not ship internationally.  We ship to all 50 United States and it’s territories.

When will I receive my order?

A. Orders are processed within 48 hours upon receipt.(Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Standard shipping normally takes approximately 5 business days.

Do you offer samples?

A. We periodically add samples to orders prior to shipping.  

How long will my products stay fresh and what is the best way to store them?

A. We don't use any preservatives in our products, therefore we recommend using our  products within 6 months after opening.  Store Bougie Butta Products in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excess moisture.

My shea body butter  melted, what should I do?

A. Our butters will be affected by warm temperatures, however, it absolutely does not affect quality or performance. If your butter  melts or becomes too soft, simply pop it in the fridge until it completely cools. It won’t have the same whipped texture but it will still keep your skin feeling oh so silky smooth!

Can I return any products or get a refund? 

A. Our products are made based upon our customer's requests,  so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your product or have any questions, please email us at info@bougiebutta.com so that we can work on finding a resolution.

Are these products FDA approved?

A. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
